WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
Online we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit card payments. We can also take orders over the telephone. Please call 01642 206106 and a member of our friendly team will happily help you.

For our bespoke poster orders you can pay by credit or debit card over the phone or send us a cheque.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT IT IS DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Please call us on 01642 206 106 and a member of our friendly team will help to replace your damaged good(s).
WHEN IS PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR MY ORDER?
For our standard posters, canvases and products (including personalisation of the standard posters) payment is required at checkout. For our bespoke posters, payment will be required upon approval of a proof of your design which will be sent to your email.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
All orders made in the UK are £2.95 per item purchased.

Ireland
Standard delivery charge to Ireland is £25 per order.

USA
We only deliver posters to the USA. It is not possible for us to deliver canvas artwork.

Up to 6 posters to USA - £30 per order
7 or more posters - £45 per order

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED?
All valid discount codes can be added at checkout. If you have problems with your discount code please contact us on 01642 206 106 and we will happily assist you.

i have not received an order confirmation - has the order been processed?
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you supply on checkout. If you do not receive this confirmation please check your SPAM/JUNK folders. If you still can't find the confirmation of order email, please contact us immediately so we can ensure your order has been processed correctly.
I am outside the UK, can I still purchase from the shop?
Yes you can. Payment is by credit card so payments can be made from customers outside the UK.  There are different shipping costs for overseas customers – see Do you charge for delivery.

bespoke poster designs and personalisation

do you offer a bespoke poster design service?
Absolutely, Our professional team can assist with any design requirement that you may have. Please call us on 01642 106 or email [email protected] and we will take a brief from you. A proof will then be sent within two working days to your email address. Once approved we can organise the print and delivery of your item(s).
can i change the colours on the standard posters that you sell?
Upon checkout you can select if you would like to personalise the standard design. Please select 'Yes' for personalisation and continue to checkout. Upon receipt of payment we will contact you to personalise the design(s) selected to your requirements. We can add logos, change font styles and add or change colours.
WHAT DOES THE PERSONALISATION OPTION INCLUDE?
For a small fee of £20 we will brand the poster(s) to your practice with your logo, typeface and colour scheme.
