How to Order
There are a number of ways to place an order with designerdentalposters.co.uk, online or by telephone. Should you need any assistance with either please see below.
Ordering Goods Online
Ordering goods online with us couldn’t be simpler or safer, the steps below explain how the order process works and the relevant information you will need. As you will see below we accept most major credit cards via our secure server software (see Security/Privacy below for further information).
STEP 1 : Choosing items. We have made this navigation process as easy as possible; all you have to do is click on the desired type of goods you prefer. Once you are on the page of your desired item simply simply choose the relevant size you would like and this automatically adds that respective selection to your basket. You are free to complete your order then or continue navigating through any of the other selections adding them to your order until you are finished.
STEP 2 : Checkout. Once you are happy with the contents of your order click “View Basket”. At this point all information is sent through a secure connection.
STEP 3 : We accept payment via credit card only. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron. The name and billing address given must be the same as that registered with your card supplier.
Delivery Address
When placing an order you MUST use the address of where your credit card is registered – if you do not use this address when placing an order the results will come back not matched & subsequently your order will be cancelled.
Delivery – UK
We endeavour to process orders as soon as possible and the majority of our orders within UK mainland are delivered to the timescales stated on the order form. If for any reason your delivery will be later than the time stated, we will notify you. Timescales for international deliveries vary, please contact us for further information.
Privacy & Security
Your credit card information is encrypted which means that ONLY the receiver of the information (i.e. designerdentalposters.co.uk) can read this information. To do this we use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption technology (when in use you will see the padlock at the bottom of the browser) which is the recognised standard for secure transactions. Complaints
If you should have a complaint you can either email, phone or fax. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and resolve any such complaint within 7 working days. If for any reason we are unable to resolve a complaint within 7 working days we will inform you of this.
